Transportation today has become much more affordable and universal than it has ever been in the history of humankind. Usually, transportation was something that could only be afforded by the rich and even they did not have a big choice when it came down to the variation of the transport itself. In the past, if traders wanted to trade some goods that would require being transported across a certain distance, they usually had to rely on animals to help them and they knew nothing about the potential threats both in human circumstances and in natural circumstances that could impede their travel. Additionally, transportation then was limited to sea and to certain parts of the land, and both of those transportation methods were slow and they could not transport things that had a small expiration date. Today is a different story.

Today if you want to transport something everything is taken into account as there are different methods of transportation that usually fit within everyone’s budget and plans. If for instance, you would want to transport something with a short expiration date and fast you would use the air transportation, or by train. On the other hand, if a more cost-effective transportation method is in need than the road transportation or the sea transportation methods were your top choice.

CyprusAs Cyprus is an island that could be reached by sea or by plane there are only two methods of transportation to it and they fall into the best cost-effective transportation and into the fastest transportation methods possible.
Saying one is better than the other is quite subjective as the best transportation method will be the one you need from those two but they are both amazing in their fields of transportation.

The air transportation will make sure that your goods are transported in the shortest amount of time, while the sea transportation method will get your bulk products there, even in such high quantity that it is maybe not possible by air and it will get it there at a fraction of the price that is the air transportation.
